THE STATED MISSION OF THE IS TO HELP AFFORDABLE AND ECOLOGICALLY SOUND FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS BECOME A REALITY IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF ON A LONG TERM BASIS AND TO HELP BRING ABOUT IMPROVED ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE RECEIVING SERVICES. THE PROVIDES EDUCATION IN THE FORM OF ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING AND GROIP CLASSES IN THE AREAS OF HOMEBUYER TRAINING, HOME MAINTENANCE, AND PERSONAL FINANCES, INCLUDING FORECLOSURE AVOIDANCE. THE ALSO ASSIST HOMEBUYERS IN THE REVIEW OF THEIR CLOSING DOCUMENTS AND ATTENDS THE HOME CLOSING WITH THEIR CLIENTS.

MVCH IS A DAYTIME SERVICE CENTER FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE. IT PROVIDES PROGRAMS AND INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT. IT OPERATES SEVERAL HOUSING PROGRAMS TO MEET PEOPLES EMERGENCY, TRANSITIONAL AND PERMANENT HOUSING NEEDS.

Assisted low and middle income families with safe, healthy and affordable opportunities.

Our objectives are to create sustained partnerships with neighborhood organizations to bring needed resources and services to includircg affordable housing and serve as a food and retail incubator.
