Grants of $1,000 to USA, Canada, and International high school teachers to serve students from diverse populations and rural areas. Funding is intended to support expenses for field trips, materials, supplies, and other instructional resources used to assist with course delivery.
NSHSS provides grants to educators who serve in rural areas or serve diverse student populations. The NSHSS Diversity/Rural Development Grants aim to help develop underserved schools. Applicants should provide their school’s demographics and explain how the funds will directly benefit their students. Funds may be used for supplies, materials, field trips or other resources to enhance the delivery of courses.
NSHSS strives to provide resources to assist educators in their continued efforts to educate and encourage their students to excel academically.

Eligibility: Any high school teacher currently employed at a public or private high school in the United States or internationally.
The application deadline is 01/31/19.
In order to apply for the grants listed below, you must be registered as an Educator. If you are already registered as an Educator with NSHSS, log in to your dashboard to apply for the grant program.
U.S. recipients receiving a cash award must submit a W-9 to NSHSS in order to receive their grant funding and will receive instructions regarding W-9 submission. Recipients residing outside the United States who are not U.S. citizens may disregard this requirement.
